Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans and purchases made through Fandoro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Fandoro," "we," "us," or "our") at www.fandoro.com and any associated platforms (collectively, the "Service").
By subscribing to or purchasing the Service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Fandoro Terms of Service.
Subscription Plans & Billing
- Billing Cycles – Fandoro offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy.
- Pricing Changes – Fandoro reserves the right to modify pricing for any subscription plan. Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel – Cancellations cannot be processed through the platform. To cancel your subscription, you must submit a formal written request via email:
- Send your cancellation request to support@fandoro.com
- Include your registered email address and account ID in the request.
- Fandoro will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days of receipt.
Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel (e.g. chat, in-app, phone) will not be considered valid until confirmed in writing by Fandoro support. - Cancellation Effective Date – Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Service until the period you have already paid for expires.
- Effect of Cancellation – Upon cancellation:
- Access to paid features will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle.
- Your account data will be retained for 60 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
- Any add-ons, integrations, or overage fees incurred prior to cancellation remain payable.
Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions – Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Fandoro does not provide refunds for partial months of use.
- Annual Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility – Refunds are available exclusively for annual subscription plans, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the annual subscription date.
- Eligible refunds are capped at 70% of the total annual fee paid. The remaining 30% is retained by Fandoro as an administration and processing fee.
- The account must not have violated Fandoro's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@fandoro.com with your account ID and reason for cancellation.
After 7 days from the annual subscription date, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Customers may continue to use the Service until the end of the paid annual period. - One-Time Purchases & Add-Ons – All one-time purchases, professional services engagements, and add-on features are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
- Refunds for Service Outages – In the event of a verified service outage exceeding the uptime SLA outlined in your Service Level Agreement ("SLA"), eligible customers may receive a service credit as described in the applicable SLA documentation. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches and are not exchangeable for cash refunds.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Fandoro may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits outside the standard policy in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error on Fandoro's part.
- Charges incurred after a cancellation request was received and confirmed by Fandoro.
- Situations where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed charge to support@fandoro.com with supporting documentation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Fandoro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Refunds will be issued in the currency in which the original payment was made.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable under this Policy:
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and implementation charges.
- Charges for usage overages beyond your plan limits.
- Professional services, consulting, or custom development work.
- API call bundles or pre-purchased usage credits once partially consumed.
- Subscription fees where the account has been suspended or terminated due to a Terms of Service violation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@fandoro.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Fandoro will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing disputes promptly.
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service. Fandoro reserves the right to dispute any chargeback it believes to be invalid.
Enterprise & Custom Plans
Customers on negotiated enterprise agreements or custom plans should refer to their executed Order Form or Master Services Agreement (MSA) for applicable refund and cancellation terms. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail.
Changes to This Policy
Fandoro reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account's registered address or via an in-product notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
